Dr. Ernesha Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Empowerment and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, with years of experience in direct social services. Dr. Smith received her BSW in Social Work from Southern University A & M University of Baton Rouge at Louisiana and her Masters in Mental Health/Healthcare from Southern University of New Orleans. While expanding her knowledge around comprehensive care through the achievement completing the Doctoral Program for Integrative Behavioral Health at Arizona State University.
Alternative Healing is a virtual healing safe space founded to provide accessible wellness services to help individuals and communities access their greatest potential of optimal health. We were established in 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic to address the deficient of affordable and accessible wellness services in a time it was needed most. Through service, education, and community outreach she hopes to continue to empower meaningful experiences, bring opportunities for inner healing and quality health.

As a Clinical Therapist, Speaker Ernesha Smith has the expertise in integrative behavioral health, somatic experiences, and holistic practices. As an expert with years of experience in patient centered care, leadership, quality improvement, and program development. Ms. Smith offers evidence-based, practical tools and insights to help achieve increased resilience and coordination through an integrative process aligning all facets of wellness.
