About this Session
This experience will allow you to become confident in understanding the importance of mental health as a contribution to the human wellness system. We will identify the daily societal hassles that interfere with addressing mental health. We will also be exploring effective ways to encourage the default of mental healthcare into the daily experience. This course will support your ability to assist in cultivating a positive outlook toward life to counter the effects of psychological disturbances.
