About this Session
Trauma informed care is leading the efforts in the delivery of treatment for many professionals. It can be seen in class rooms, client sessions and board meetings alike. As we become more knowledgeable about the mental and physical impact of trauma on individuals, its imperative to not only care for ourselves but to teach and empower those who may never come into contact with a therapist. Mind Body Medicine techniques can be taught to individuals from all walks of life with positive results.
