Terrance Prout

A New Orleans native, Terrance Prout has represented clients in a variety of legal matters over the last two decades. His focus has primarily been in the litigation arena and that of solving problems for his clients. His experience in casualty litigation includes asbestos and silica-related occupational disease cases, personal injury cases, toxic tort litigation, product liability, premises liability, disability claims, and insurance defense.

Prior to joining Bradley Murchison, Terrance was a solo practitioner at his own firm, Prout Law Firm, LLC. Here, he handled litigation and transactional matters for his clients. In addition to his casualty experience, Terrance provides counsel in general commercial matters, contract litigation, real estate, title work and enforcing property rights, mental health advocacy, and probate and family law matters.
